Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in cases of:

• Defective or damaged products upon delivery.


• Incorrect items received in an order.

Return Process

Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.




• Provide Proof:

Send images/videos of the defective or incorrect product.




• Return Approval:

Once verified, we will approve the return request.




• Shipping the Return:

The product must be sent back in original packaging within 7 days of approval.

Conditions for Return

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.


• Returns are not accepted for size mismatches, bulk clearance sales, or customized products.


• Return shipping costs may be covered by US Petrol if the error is on our part.
